The New Orleans law firm of Harrell & Nowak has been retained to challenge the validity of an employment contract’s non-compete and non-solicitation clause under Louisiana law. The former employer refused to keep or pay the workers, and now claims these workers cannot work in the same industry in Louisiana, Texas, Central America and South America for two years.
