On August 16, 2012 the New Orleans Chapter of the Federal Bar Association held its annual meeting. The event was attended by over 290 FBA members and guests. Rita Benson LeBlanc was the keynote speaker – sharing her unique experiences and vision for New Orleans and for New Orleans’ professionals and businesses. After her speech, she surprised the members with the Lombardi Trophy from Super Bowl 44. At the meeting, the newly elected Board of Directors and Officers were sworn in the 2012-2013 year. New Orleans Trial Lawyer Eric R. Nowak was sworn in as the new president of the FBA Chapter.
