American Idol winner Kris Allen and his pregnant wife were in a head-on collision with another vehicle on New Year’s Day.
Allen, his wife Katy and their dog, Zorro, were all traveling in the car at the time of the collision. The American Idol winner’s injuries included suffering a broken arm, and his wife suffered several undisclosed injuries as well; the dog was not injured. It’s unclear how far along Allen’s wife was in her pregnancy, and there’s no word yet concerning if the accident had any impact on her unborn child.
